Click is an electronic commerce and digital marketing platform that enables users to browse products and goods displayed within the application, view product information and offers, select products, submit purchase requests, and complete transactions using the payment methods made available through the platform. Location information may be requested when necessary to support and verify a purchase request and the information associated with it. The Click application is owned, operated, and managed by Click Limited Liability Company (Click LLC), which is responsible for managing the application and the services provided through it and for processing user data in accordance with this policy and applicable laws. This policy applies to users of the Click application and to data processed through the application or technical services directly associated with the user's account and purchase requests.

The application is primarily intended for customers interested in purchasing goods and products presented through Click within the areas in which the platform operates. The user is not considered a seller or supplier through this application unless the company later provides a separate and publicly announced service for that purpose.

When creating an account or using services that require personal-data processing, the user is asked to review and expressly accept this policy. The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information and for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials and verification codes and not sharing them with others. If the user does not accept the policy during registration, the user will not be able to create an account or use functions that depend on personal-data processing, while the user may still contact support to inquire about the policy.

The application collects data to the extent necessary to provide and operate its services. This may include: • First and last name. • Phone number. • Email address, if required for registration or communication. • Residential address or address associated with a purchase request. • Purchase requests, purchases, and transaction status. • Authentication data required for login, such as phone number, password, and one-time verification code (OTP) when used. • Gender, if included in the account information requested by the application. • Profile picture, if the user chooses to add one. • Device type, operating system, IP address, application usage and interaction data, and technical logs required for operation and security. • Geographic location data when the user grants permission, for purposes related to accurately identifying the location associated with a purchase request. The application does not request data that is not reasonably related to providing or securing the service. If a new category of data is added in the future, this policy will be updated and the amendment will be presented to users according to the amendment and acceptance mechanism described below.

Click may request access to certain device resources when necessary, including geographic location (GPS) to help identify and verify the location associated with a purchase request; camera and photos/files optionally for a profile picture; notifications for service updates, offers, and coupons where consent is required; and internet/network access to operate the application. Location is not used for continuous tracking. The user can manage application permissions through device settings.

Click uses data for creating and securing accounts; processing purchase requests and related transactions; identifying information associated with purchase requests and communicating with users when necessary; customer and technical support; improving the application and user experience; security, fraud prevention, and investigation; service notifications and, with applicable consent, marketing messages, offers and coupons; and compliance with legal, regulatory, or accounting requirements.

Click LLC does not sell or rent users' personal data. Data is shared only to the extent necessary for a legitimate purpose related to the service and may be shared with logistics or fulfillment service providers as necessary to process purchase requests; technical service providers such as hosting, notifications, payment, analytics, or supporting services; and official, judicial, or legal authorities where disclosure is legally required. The company limits supporting parties' access to data necessary for their assigned function.

Retention periods depend on the type of data and its purpose. Basic account data is retained while the account remains active; after a confirmed deletion request, data not legally required to be retained is deleted or de-identified within no more than 30 days. Profile pictures remain until changed, deleted, or the account is deleted. Location data is used for functions associated with purchase requests and is not used for continuous tracking. Purchase and transaction data is retained as necessary for transactions, complaints, refunds, accounting, and legal obligations. Technical logs, IP addresses, and usage data may be retained for up to 12 months unless a security incident or legal obligation requires longer retention. Limited backup copies may remain until replaced according to the backup cycle.

Click LLC applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect user data, including encrypted communications, restricted access, account and login security controls, review of permissions and technical logs, vulnerability management, and retention controls. Absolute security cannot be guaranteed for any electronic system, but the company applies reasonable and proportionate measures according to the nature of the data and risks.

Subject to applicable laws and the nature of the service, users may request information about their personal data and its use; correction or updating of inaccurate data; account and data deletion according to this policy; withdrawal of consent for marketing notifications or optional permissions; support regarding objections or privacy inquiries; and acceptance or rejection of amended policy terms before they apply to the user's account.

Users must provide accurate and complete information; protect passwords and OTP codes; not use another person's account; use the application lawfully; not hack, disable, or misuse the application, offers, discounts, or purchase-request systems; provide accurate purchase-request and contact information; and notify support of suspected unauthorized account access.

Click is not intended for persons under 13 years of age and the company does not knowingly intend to collect their personal data. If such data is identified, reasonable steps may be taken to disable the account and delete data not legally required to be retained. Minors who require parental or legal-guardian consent under applicable law must use the application with appropriate supervision.

Users may request account deletion through the account-deletion option available within Click. After confirmation, account use is disabled and deletion begins according to the retention periods in this policy. Support may assist when necessary and may request reasonable identity verification. Deletion does not include data that must legally be retained or is necessary for financial rights, disputes, or legitimate security investigations.

The application may rely on external services such as hosting, notifications, payment, or analytics. These providers may have independent privacy policies. The company seeks appropriate providers and limits data sharing to what is necessary to provide the service.
